Design and Software Development
Following development of a brief and agreed specification our project engineers produce a detailed control system design. This stage includes detailed control panel designs utilising the latest CAD technology. Software to support the strategies is developed in-house by our team of software programmers.
Control Panel Build
Our control panels are built at our in-house workshop by an experienced team of Controls Engineers. Each panel is tailored to the appropriate specification, size and complexity. We utilise components from a range of leading global manufacturers including Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi and Omron. This enables us to offer flexible but tried and tested solutions that are supported worldwide. All panels are manufactured in line with the latest electrical regulations and are fully tested before leaving the workshop.
Installation & Commissioning
MDC offer a full range of electrical installation and commissioning services. Our Electrical technicians are highly experienced in a range of different environments and across a broad spectrum of control systems. We are NIC EIC and Safe Contractor approved.
Once installation is complete, our Commissioning service will ensure that all the electrical control systems are installed, tested and performing in line with the systems design. At conclusion of the process we will issue a full set of technical information, control panel diagrams, circuit wiring and test certificates.
