The Process

Our Control Systems process ensures that we fully understand your requirements and existing environment enabling us to recommend the optimum specification for you.

From inception to completion our specialists will manage each step of the way ensuring you have the most effective solution delivered with efficency and outstanding customer care.

MDC offer a complete in-house solution for Control Systems for building energy and environmental management and industrial process controls.

 

Each project is unique, and we utilise a tried and tested but flexible programme management framework to ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget and to a high quality.

 

Each project has a designated Project Leader who will oversee the programme from start to finish. Typically, there will be a number of project phases.

This will start with a review of your project, undertaken by the Project Leader, who will be responsible for developing quotes, the project plan and developing the correct specifications.

 

Once incepted, our project management team will co-ordinate all elements of design, procurement, build, installation and commissioning.

 

At conclusion of the process we will issue a technical installation pack including control panel diagrams, circuit writing and test certificates.
